• I am aged between the age of 18-65.
• I am using this product to treat hereditary hair loss.
• I am aware this product is flammable.
• I am aware that this product is unlikely to help if the user has been bald for many years or has large areas of hair loss.
• I am aware that this product works best for hair loss or thinning at the top of the scalp.
• I am aware this product is not suitable if the user; has high blood pressure; has sudden or unexpected hair loss; has a shaved scalp; is being treated for psoriasis, or acne; any skin disorder or using treatments on the scalp or if hair loss is related to childbirth.
• I agree to speak to a healthcare professional before using this product if suffering from any heart condition, or taking medication including vasodilators which are used to reduce blood pressure.
• I am aware that it may take at least 2 months before any new hair growth can be seen and if this product is no longer used, balding will revert and continue after 3-4 months.
