Our complaints policy is designed to ensure that your concerns are addressed promptly, fairly, and effectively.
This complaint policy does not cover medical urgencies. Please call 999 if you are or someone you know is seriously ill or injured and you believe their life is at risk.
How to Make a Complaint
If you have a complaint or are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service or products, we encourage you to let us know as soon as possible. You can make a complaint by email
Our Complaints Process
Acknowledgement: We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours of receiving it.
Investigation: Your complaint will be investigated thoroughly. We may contact you to seek further information or clarification.
Resolution: We aim to resolve complaints within 5 working days. Once a resolution is reached, we will inform you of the outcome and any actions taken. In complex cases we made need longer and we will communicate this to you at the time.
Follow-up: If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you can request a review by a senior member of our team.
If you are still not satisfied with the resolution then you can make a formal written complaint to the General Pharmaceutical Council.

All complaints are treated with confidentiality and respect. We assure you that raising a complaint will not affect the quality of service you receive from us in the future.
